If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency.

At NorthernCult, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We offer free shipping on every item unless otherwise mentioned. Our goal is to minimize additional costs and logistical challenges, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers.
We offer two shipping options for your convenience:
- Standard shipping: Our standard delivery method is by sea. This shipping option typically takes 4 – 10 weeks, post-production, for delivery. Please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination, quantity and other factors.
The majority of our products come with free shipping as a standard service. This means that the shipping cost is fully covered by NorthernCult, providing you with added convenience and cost savings.
- Express delivery: We also provide an express delivery service for faster shipping. This shipping option typically takes 2 – 4 weeks, post-production, for delivery. Additional charges may apply for express delivery.
Some specific items or categories may require additional shipping charges due to their size, weight, or special handling requirements. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated on the product page or during the checkout process, ensuring transparency and avoiding any surprises.
While free shipping is our default offering, there may be a few exceptions. If you have specific shipping requirements or urgent delivery needs, please contact us before placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request and arrange alternative shipping options, subject to approval and availability.
Additional charges may apply for alternative shipping arrangements. Any additional shipping costs incurred for alternative shipping options will be communicated to you and must be approved by us or the client before proceeding with the shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Estimated delivery dates for each item can be found on its respective product page. Please note that these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to exceptional circumstances. The shipping times mentioned above are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, transportation delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

If the shipment is lost, NorthernCult is not liable for the cost. Any issues regarding lost shipments must be addressed directly with the carrier. We will assist you with the necessary Order ID and documentation if required.
Customs duty charges will be in accordance with the standard customs fee in your country.
Please note that local customs duty charges are not included in our prices, and you may be required to pay them as per your country’s customs duty policy
Projects / Bulk quantity orders:
For projects and bulk quantity orders, we understand the importance of providing you with the best shipping options in terms of cost and lead time. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in delivering superior-quality lighting products that meet and exceed customer expectations. Our return and refund policy has been designed with the aim of safeguarding our customers’ interests while ensuring we maintain the highest level of service and product quality.
We kindly request that you carefully review this policy to comprehend your rights and responsibilities. We request that you carefully read and understand our return and refund policy before making any purchase. For bulk orders, we encourage you to reach out to us for the latest trade prices, shipment methods, and cost information.
Our products are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged due to packaging or shipment etc.
We do not accept returns for any other reasons, for example, a change of mind, incorrect placement, or damage caused by careless handling by the customer.
However, we provide a 48-hour window from the time of order placement for cancellation with a full refund and to inform us of any modifications required to your orders. We will endeavor to accommodate any reasonable request for modifications within this time frame. Please note that any request for modification after this time may not be possible to fulfill.
Since our products are customized and made-to-order, the manufacturing process involves using specific resources and skill sets tailored to the customer’s requirements. Any cancellation or change of order after the production process has begun may result in the wastage of these resources, skills, and valuable time. Therefore, we encourage our customers to carefully consider their orders before placing them and to utilize the 48-hour window we offer for cancellation or modification requests.
We will not accept returns for products that have been used, assembled, or modified in any way.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by contacting our customer service team via the email address provided: [email protected]. Kindly include your order number, a description of the damage or fault, and photographs or videos of the unboxing process to support your claim.
After reviewing your claim, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the product. You must return the product in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documents, within 7 days of receiving our return instructions.
For faulty or damaged products, we will provide you with a replacement of the same product once we receive the return. Upon receiving and examining the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement/refund.
If approved, we will process your refund/replacement within 10 days of receiving the returned product. We will inspect the product upon receipt to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. To be eligible for a return/replacement/refund, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. If the product is not in its original packaging or has missing parts, accessories, or documentation, we reserve the right to reject the return.
As stipulated above, all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories. They must not be changed, used, or altered in any way, shape, or form. They must also be unmarked and unassembled in any way. Even if the item is faulty or defective, the product along with accessories, packaging, and documentation must be maintained for return. NorthernCult has the right to cut a minimum 25% of the total product value if returned without packaging.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns or replacements or refunds.
In the event of miscommunication between the client and our company, we reserve the right to hold the order until the issue is clarified and confirmed through e-mail by the customer and our company. We will reach out to the customer to resolve any misunderstandings and ensure the order details are accurate. We aim to avoid any wastage of resources by confirming the order before processing it.
If you have placed a project/bulk order and require a cancellation, it must be approved by our company. In the case of a refund for bulk order, a compensation amount decided by the company will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction accounts for any costs incurred, such as manufacturing, customization, or procurement of materials. The remaining refund amount will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your NorthernCult account or future orders being refused.
We strongly recommend that customers review their purchases carefully before making payment. Returning products can result in the wastage of resources, materials, skills, and time.
We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy without prior notice. However, we will ensure that any modifications made are fair and just to our customers.
