Where necessary or required this information may be shared with customers and clients, agents, service providers, surveys, and research organizations.
Consulting and advisory services
Information is processed for consultancy and advisory services that are offered. For this reason, the information processed may include name, contact details, family details, financial details, and the goods and services provided. This information may be about customers and clients. Where necessary this information is shared with the data subjects themselves, business associates, and other professional advisers, current, past, or prospective employers and service providers.
If NorthernCult has your Personal Information as a result of your relationship with one of NorthernCult’s customers, you should first contact that customer before contacting Northern Cult.
Northern Cult enters into agreements with its customers regarding the safeguards that have been put in place to protect your Personal Information for transfer outside of the European Economic Area. For transfers to countries without an adequate decision by the European Commission, Northern Cult puts appropriate safeguards through contractual obligations.

Shipping and Returns
Every item you purchase on NorthernCult will be shipped to you for free unless mentioned. Few exceptions apply. We want to make shopping as easy as possible, with a minimum of extra costs and logistics. If the shipment is lost NorthernCult is not liable for the cost of this, this must be dealt with by the carrier directly.
Customs duty will be charged in accordance with the standard customs fee in your country. Because local customs duties are not considered, you may be required to pay them in accordance with your country’s customs duty policy. Local Customs duty charges aren’t considered, so you may have to pay them according to your country’s customs duty policy.

Once a brand dispatches an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from [email protected]
If you order from several brands, you will receive one shipment confirmation email per brand.
You can find estimated delivery dates for each item on its respective product page. These are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary according to exceptional circumstances.
Shipping for International customers
Shipping costs will vary depending on the items and lead time for manufacturing. If the shipment is lost Northerncult is not liable for the cost of this, this must be dealt with by the carrier directly. And we will be helping you with Order ID and other docs if necessary.
After passing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Once we dispatches an order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us. If you order from several items, you will receive only a shipment confirmation email.
You can find estimated delivery dates based on the shipment method you chose, we have three shipment modes, Free, Express, and Bulk Quantity,
Free Shipping – using our standard delivery method by the sea that normally takes 8-10 weeks,
Express Delivery – using our express delivery that normally takes 2-3 Weeks only,
Bulk Quantity – If You are ordering a bulk quantity, our team will be getting in touch with you to discuss the lead time. The lead times are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary according to exceptional circumstances.
In the circumstance where you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of our goods, you may return the goods within 3 days for a full refund of the purchase price less return shipping cost as per weight and volume. Goods returned must not be damaged and in original condition and must be returned in original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, unassembled.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Upon receipt of the Goods and subject to the terms of this Agreement, a refund will be issued within 3 Business Days.
Credit may be returned to you only in the following ways:
- As store credit in your NorthernCult account, with no expiry date
- As an exchange (as appropriate) for another item from NorthernCult
- As a refund to your credit card (not valid for cash on delivery orders)
Its the customer’s responsibility to maintain all the original packing materials. all good(s), must be returned in their original packaging. If this does not happen, the order isn’t eligible for return.
Even if the item is faulty or defective, packing must be maintained for return. NorthernCult has the right to cut 25% of the total product value if returned without packaging.
Should you require them to take with them the packaging materials after assembling, you will have given your acceptance of the goods delivered and shall then not be eligible for return.
All assembled items are not eligible for return.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are returned safely. NorthernCult takes no responsibility for lost goods and the Customer will be solely liable for the shipment cost of the return.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
Damaged & faulty returns
Within 48 hours of receiving the products purchased, all items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing). If this does not happen NorthernCult cannot be liable for any damage or faulty, and the order isn’t eligible for return.
If any customer received a faulty or damaged item, NorthernCult must be notified by official email to ([email protected]) upon receiving the goods and follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above.
As stipulated in the terms above, NorthernCult MUST issue a return authorization, before customers are able to return the goods. Unauthorized returns cannot and will not be accepted.
As stipulated above, all returned products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories. They must not be changed, used, or altered in any way, shape, or form. They must also be unmarked and unassembled in any way.
Custom made and pre-ordered returns
Customized products items cannot be refunded for change of mind or exchanged. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that ALL custom-made orders are 100% what they want.
Pre-Orders are usually delivered in the period specified in the item title. some delays are expected on a few occasions due to shipping line route changes or delays in customs clearance. if that happens, customers have the right to ask for canceling the order and get a full refund without claiming any extra compensation for the delay.
Canceling your order
All orders have a two-day timeframe after placement during which they may be canceled. Order cancellations made after the two days of the order’s placement won’t be eligible for a full refund. The amount of the refund is up to NorthernCult to decide.
You are able to cancel your order if you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind. All you have to do is let us know, and only if your goods have not already been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund you. Please note as stipulated above this does not apply to custom-made and pre-ordered items.
Your order MUST be canceled before the dispatch of goods. If the items have been dispatched and left, all shipping fees WILL NOT be included within the refund.
In the event of a customer order, which involves a special item(s) being produced by our manufacturers, refunds are not available, if the item(s) are already in production.
How to return an item?
International customers wishing to make a return can do so via their preferred method and will be responsible for the cost. NorthernCult will then credit their account $15 once the return is processed. You have 10 days upon delivery of an item to notify a return.
To notify a return, please visit your Account and create a return.
Made-to-Order items do not qualify for returns.
If your return is not sent securely and in suitable packaging, and subsequently arrives damaged, the third-party seller reserves the right to reject this return, and as a result, Northern Cult will not process the refund.
We will refund your order once the brand confirms receipt of the returned item. We will refund items if received by the brand in an unused state.
In order to exchange an item, please purchase a new product from our website and return the item you wish to exchange. Please read the returns instructions to return the item. We will then refund the returned item.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your NorthernCult account or future orders being refused.
